How do I get access to the app?
We set up your secure family login when your loved one joins us. You simply download the Life Care Systems app, sign in, and you’re connected.
What can I see in the app?
Real-time care and progress notes, vital-sign readings, appointments and the medication schedule, plus photos and activity updates. Everything is private and visible only to authorised family members.
Can I contact the care team through the app?
Yes. Secure in-app messaging connects you directly with the care team, and you can also video call to see your loved one and speak with staff face-to-face.
Is my family member’s information private?
Yes. Information stays within Genesis Life Care’s secure system, is accessible only to authorised family members and care staff, and is used solely to support your loved one’s care. We never sell it or share it for marketing.
