What conditions do you accept?
We accept general and elderly nursing, dementia and memory care, post-stroke rehabilitation, post-operative recovery, palliative and end-of-life care, respite and day care, and higher-dependency needs including bedridden care, tube feeding (NG/PEG), tracheostomy care, and oxygen/respiratory support. If you’re unsure whether we can care for your loved one’s condition, contact us and we’ll advise honestly.

What documents do I need?
The resident’s IC/passport copy, a latest medical report or hospital referral/discharge summary, a current medication list, next-of-kin IC and contact details, and any relevant scans or reports. We’ll guide you if anything is missing.

Yes. We provide a free care-needs assessment at our centres, with no obligation, so you can make the right decision for your family.
