Caregiver (Aged Care)

Genesis Life Care is Malaysia's largest long-term care operator — 5 centres, 530+ beds, and a care team of 150+ professionals serving more than 500 families since 2018. As a Caregiver, you'll help our residents live each day with dignity and comfort. You'll work alongside registered nurses in a structured, supportive environment with proper training, clear care plans, and our AI-powered care system handling the paperwork so you can focus on people. What you'll do: • Assist residents with daily living — mobility, meals, grooming and personal care • Support nurses with vital signs monitoring and medication rounds • Lead and join daily activities that keep residents engaged and active • Record care notes in our easy-to-use care app (full training provided) • Be a friendly, familiar face for residents and their visiting families Training & starting salary: All successful applicants complete a complimentary 2-week Caregiver Foundation training programme with Genesis Training Academy before starting. Your starting salary is set by your final assessment score: • Pass, 75–79%: RM 1,800 • Pass, 80–85%: RM 1,920 • Pass, 86–90%: RM 2,040 • Pass, 91–95%: RM 2,160 • Pass, 96–97%: RM 2,280 • Pass, 98% or above: RM 2,400 • Below 75%: Fail — no job offer What we offer: • Complimentary 2-week training through Genesis Training Academy, with a guaranteed job offer on passing • Clear career path: Caregiver → Senior Caregiver → Team Lead • EPF, SOCSO, annual leave, free meals on shift • Accommodation arrangements available for outstation hires
