Data deletion instructions

Genesis Life Care Sdn Bhd, including Agensi Pekerjaan Genesis Life Care Sdn Bhd, keeps the messages you send us on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and our websites so that we can reply to you. You can ask us to delete them.

How to ask

Email privacy@genesiscare.com.my, or send a message on the same app you used, and write “Please delete my data”. Tell us your name and the phone number or account you used. We may ask you a question to check that it is you.

What happens next

We will reply within 7 days to confirm your request, and delete your data within 30 days. We must keep some records by law, for example a care record or a placement record. If we keep anything, we will tell you what and why.
